DESCRIPTION:Following up on NVBIA's inaugural Builder 101 seminar this past November and March\, we are pleased to announce the third and final seminar of the planned 3 part series.\n\n\n\nBuilder 101 is designed to provide participants with a "soup-to-nuts" framework of how the industry works from the builder's perspective. The panel for Session III will provide attendees with an understanding of how builders approach product planning and development\, home sales & marketing\, home construction\, customer care after move-in and  tracking results of operations.\n\n\n\nThe panel for Session III will include:\n\n\n\nDiane Cox-Basheer\, Basheer Edgmoore\n\n Rob Fisher\, Owner\, Fisher Custom Homes\n\nMike Sandkuhler\, Project Manager\, The Christopher Companies\n\nJon Adler\, President\, Washington DC Metro\, KB Home\n\nJerry Berman\, Area President\, M/I Homes\n\n \n\nAttendees\, who are NVBIA members\, will also be given the opportunity to take part in the association's newly adopted MENTOR program that will be further explained during the event
