Multifamily Opportunities in a Time of DisruptionThe sharing economy, driverless cars, cyber footprints, work/live units, micro-units, communal living, place making – the pace of disruption, opportunities and challenges is accelerating. The Northern Virginia Apartment Summit will appeal to Northern Virginia Apartment Owners, Developers, Investors and Property Managers.
Morning sessions will include a keynote address by Jamie Gorski, Chief Marketing Officer of The Bozzuto Group (2017 Multifamily Development Firm of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders - NAHB) and a keynote presentation by Sandy Paul and Bethany Schneider of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank on “Scale of Disruption – The Sharing Economy’s Effect on Real Estate”.
Afternoon breakout sessions will feature an expert panel on “Apartments in a Time of Sharing, Autonomy and Cyber” discussing impacts on multifamily of house sharing, driveless cars and cyber threats, and a developer roundtable on “The Future Look of Multifamily in Northern Virginia” featuring JBG Companies, NOVUS and EDENS.
